Position: Commercial cleaning crew

Job Skills / Requirements

Must be 21 or older

Must have own transportation.

Must be a team player

Must be able to work specified nights, some weekends & Holidays

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Screening Requirements:

Must pass a criminal background Check

Past employment verification

Must provide references

Worker's comp claim history (If applicable)

Must be eligible to work in the US

Must have valid identification

General Tasks:

Cleaning (Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, restrooms etc.)

Empty trash and garbage containers 

Stock and maintain supplies

Perform and document routine inspections

must be able to work with chemicals and industrial cleaners

Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repairs

Follow all health and safety regulations

Must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision

Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

must be able to communicate effectively

Demonstrate safe working habits

Have excellent attendance and punctuality

Would like:

Great work ethic

Positive attitude 

Previous janitorial/maintenance experience. preferred, but not required


Compensation is based on experience and completion of Fins Property Maintenance's training program.

Full and part-time positions available. 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends.
