Job Skills / Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be able to work specified nights, some weekends & Holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

Screening Requirements:

  • Must pass a criminal background Check
  • Past employment verification
  • Must provide references
  • Worker's comp claim history (If applicable)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Must have valid identification

General Tasks:

  • Cleaning (Dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, restrooms etc.)
  • Empty trash and garbage containers 
  • Stock and maintain supplies
  • Perform and document routine inspections
  • must be able to work with chemicals and industrial cleaners
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or repairs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to work efficiently with little or no supervision
  • Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
  • must be able to communicate effectively
  • Demonstrate safe working habits
  • Have excellent attendance and punctuality

Would like:

  • Great work ethic
  • Positive attitude 
  • Previous janitorial/maintenance experience. preferred, but not required

Compensation is based on experience and completion of Fins Property Maintenance's training program.

Full and part-time positions available. 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Weekends.

*If applying for Construction Clean -up You must be able to bend, twist, stoop repetitively , lift up to 50 lbs and walk frequently.
